Rescheduling

You can reschedule your consultation free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before your slot, by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Cancellation and refunds

• If we are unable to deliver your booked service, you will receive a full refund or a new slot of your choice.
• If you cancel before the service has started, contact us and we will review your refund request.
• Once a consultation or report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the service has been provided.
• Crystals, rudraksha and gemstones: please contact us about any issue with an item as soon as you receive it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to show in your account.
